since  l istalled the roxio creator 9 suite  l have not been able to convert my cd's, using the CONVERT CD'S TOOL neither the play function is enabled, and the gracenote tool doesnot label the tracks, l downloaded already three times the software and nothing happened, when  l received the CD's l redownloaded also and the same thing, l convert my cd's using the other tools available in the software, but this one in particular is just been a headache, any comments????
