I have Sonic MyDVD LE 6.1.1 that came with my Dell computer.  I'm trying to make a DVD, but my computer cancels the operation and spits out the cd and gives me " resolution of this file is not supported by DVD ref=Tone 1      20403"   I've started over from scratch and the same thing happens.  I read other forums and saw where others may have linked a video twice but i can't see how I could have done that.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Let's make this the forum where we figure this out. I've had the same problem but I think I might have isolated some things... try burning the files without any new backgrounds just a default style like "Slate".
When I do that it works for me. I get an error when I customise everything. So I think our error lies not in the video but maybe our image types or resolution options.

My DVD type: The background file is a JPEG 720x480, the video files are high quality 1100 bitrate wmv,and the songs wmv as well.

I think we need to try burning with a standard background... if taht works keep that then try getting rid of animations only, and go from there. I've used up a couple discs so we could attempt to share out outputs and find the root issue.
