I am new to DVD burning - but love making movies.  However, am VERY frustrated at this point with the MyDVD 9 studio premier as well as roxio tech support.  Having said this, I am by no means computer savvy so I wondered if it could be operator illiteracy, so could I get some help from you guys?

First of all, I used Photo Story (Windows) to make the movies, but then imported some into Movie Maker.  I have burned 2 movies from Photo Story, but the preview plays every time and they take FOREVER to burn(like 5 hours for a 20 minute video) Since then, I tried to burn a couple others and I get this error:  80070057 while encoding menu.  Roxann said this occurs because transitions are not supported by the VCD/SVCD specifications and I should recreate the project with transitions disabled.  The transitions are no different than the ones in the first two I burned.  I was pretty sure I read where roxio supports both wmv and avi files - so I'm not really sure where the problem is occurring.

I don't understand the hardware/software terminology so please talk in layman's terms if you can help.  I need to get these videos off my computer so i can have more space.  Thanks in advance!
