Vista "KEY " patch installation

I have creator 9 and just got a new computer with vist home premium. I cant instal it on the computer because everytime I try I get "invalid Key" msg. I called support two weeks ago and they said they would send a patch that would fix the problem...Im still waiting and I cant seem to get any reliefm on this...Is there someone out there that has that patch and if so could they send it to me...(if it works) thanks..Frustrated

what part of user forum do you guys not understand?
this IS A USER FORUM not a roxio self service site, they rairly come on here (the odd time John or tom may look in)
so being snarky to other users here gets you little help... remeber we (gurus and all) are just plain users here like you..... if you want to send messages to them telling them how bad they are ect... select contact roxio at the main Roxio site...

Its funny to me that we provide a forum where customers can get answers from each other 24 hours a day. Not only that, but when someone gets an answer in less then an hour using this medium (which is exactly its purpose), we are useless. It boggles my mind.
