Well I see it didn't take you too long to delete my post again. Seems that Roxio doesn't want to hear anything negative. Well for your information, (as I told you I work with Computers for a living) I have figured out what it is that stops that activation and gives you the No Permission error and you never get that activate offline either. I just fixed mine. I was going to post the solution up now, until I saw you are back at your childish actions, deleting my posts again. These forums I thought was for people to try to help other and at times to just vent because the tech support sucks. America is built on the freedom of speech.
But go ahead and delete this one too, I don't really care because I KNOW how to fix mine.

There is nothing wrong with venting, if it doesn't contain profanity like your first post did. I don't know what happened to your second post, but if it is like this one, I see nothing wrong with it.
It is good to hear that you got past the goofy activation problem.

Using four letter words unnecessarily (even with asterisks)
Ranting without actually saying what the problem is
Posting remarks which are irrelevant to threads
Trying to impose your problems on others
Oh - and 'I know what to do but I'm not going to tell you, just because'
Any of that sound familiar?

Yes you are right I should not have used some (there were only a few) choice words all be it they were not exactly spelled out. But I should not get smart alic (is this word ok to use?) replies from their tech support people on the phone when I have spent many hours online with them and on the phone. To spend the time on the phone for tech support (and we've all been there waiting, and waiting) and then just have the tech person tell you that you don't matter because I am only in a small group who have this problem, and no I was not rude to him - that's why I was so angry. He didn't even care to try to help me since I had already done everything he knew and it was above his tech level. And then there was also this nice email I recieved from one of the forum's people.
And Childish? Well I wasn't the one who then sent this smart alic (still ok to use?) email to me after my first post was deleted - and I Quote: (I'll change the dirty words to protect the innocent)
"It looks like someone deleted your a__, and they beat me to it. LOLLOL! Buh bye"
- and who's using profanity now grandpa?
The answer to MY SUCCESS story as John at Roxio likes to hear these - lies within your forums. You just have to spend countless hours searching through them and trying everything since ROXIO's tech support people aren't trained well enough. And the answer actually came from a post by gi7omy. So I must say thanks to you even though I don't care for your earlier post.
BUH BYE!!!

The definition of 'freedom of speech' is obviously say only what Roxio and the Gurus what to hear.
I got some not so useful PM from the Guru's also. I am currently being sensored, doubtful this message will see the light of day. I spent 20 years defending 'freedom of speech', at age 52, I am pretty sure I know what it is. I did not see the first message, and if it had profanity then shame on you karbo and don't do it again. But lets not have the gangup of the Guru's Please.

I have not utilized any of the statues you list above, but still met with censorship. Freedom of speech is not the subject of this forum, and I have my American beliefs while your countries interpretation may differ. I will drop the subject, but offer you a site where you can witness mine (US Law accepted concept). Good day to you my friend. http://www.answers.com/topic/freedom-of-speech

Back to the point though - seriously, I would like to put and end to this as I was the one who started it.
I APPOLOGIZE TO ALL OF YOU, for the misuse of our freedom of speech and/or offending you with my poor choice of words and also of course to Roxio. I hope that now we can just put this to rest. Thanks.
