After creating a CD and then selecting Label Creator I get a message asking to let it change my display settings to a way worse seting than I am currently using. I'm using 1280 x 720 on a widescreen monitor and Label Maker wants to change something less like 1024 x 768 in only 8 colors. The display than changes to something vitually unuseable.

I'm running XP Home on a windows machine. Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

1024x768 is the minimum resolution. You are too low with your 720. If your video card and monitor support it, try 1280x1024. That is what I use.

If it is an LCD wide screen monitor, you should really keep the aspect ratio the same as the monitor's native resolution to avoid distortion. So not sure 1280x1024 would look good. If it's available, 1820x1024 has same aspect ratio as 1024x720.
