Windows XP 64 Version 9 is causing reboots on all file saves

I installed V 9 and now all file saves, regardless of the app cause an immediate system reboot. Has anyone run across this or have a suggestion? (event log is below) sad.gif

Faulting application roxio_central33.exe, version 3.50.5.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0004d233.
