I recently purchase a new Dell Dimension E520 with a dual core running Vista, which has a DVD R/W drive.

I have used Backup MyPC on my XP, but upgraded and installed a clean version of EMC9 Suite on the Vista.

I started Backup MyPC and and it seemed to start and run without any problems. However, after backing up for about an 30 minutes, writing about 1/2 of the disk, it returns the following error:

"An error occurred while writing the backup data. The device received an invalid command (08-20-23-00-2102)"

I have tried several "NEW" and previously used DVD R/W disks, but get the same error every time.

Does anyone know what this error is?

Does anyone know how to fix this error?
