I have always had good luck with Roxio products and am experiencing my first real problem. I installed the new software and that's about as far as it goes. When trying to open the software, the company logo appears and that's it. To get the logo off my screen, I have to restart my system. I have had no response from Roxio customer service support in two attempts so I thought I would try here. I am completely at a loss. My system info is as follows:
Manufacturer*HP-Pavilion
*Microsoft Windows Vista
*DirectX Version*10.0
*AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+
*Current Speed*2.61 GHz
*Total Physical Memory*2.00 GB
*NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
Norton 360 system security

Please HELP!!!   huh.gif

Did you have Roxio or some other similar software already installed on your system?
The first thing I would suggest is to remove Drag to Disc from the Control Panel which should be a separately listed entry.  While I and others have had no problems with EMC9 on our Vista systems, many have.  There is an update due to come out (9.1) that is supposed to work better with Vista-----hopefully very soon.
