I've noticed that the 3GP decoder pack doesn't work on Windows 2003 server.
Will Windows 2003 server get supported in the future?

Were just fellow users on here, so we are not privy to that information.
They have not supported server's yet, .....but you never know.

Sorry, there are no plans currently to support Windows 2003 Server.
