hi,

I went to many tutorials and could not find an answer. I can not click on drive poroperties to see what is and what is not supported and i recently burned a mp3 cd but i want to be able to burn some cds and copy them also and it says " please insure your recorder is properly connected. if the problem persists please re-install.could not detect any supported recorders."  i reinstalled and looked at many tutorials but could not find an answer. this is a new computer so i dont know what the problem is.  any help would be appreciated!!

thanks a lot,

dustin

Is your optical drive a dvd burner? What is the make and model of your burner?
