OK, I have tried to read about every post under the Creator 9 Deluxe Suite sections for Vista and Creator 9. I am pretty confused and any help is appreciated.
I have version 9.0.610 as that is what came on my disk when I ordered the Creator 9 Deluxe upgrade in May.
I have a Dell inspiron and did a complete clean of my old Roxy and Sonic files. I installed the new Creator 9 Deluxe and used the patches for Dell and have the latest driver for my Dazzle 90.
So, when I go to capture video from a VCR of my family vacations, I see the video in the capture screen - start to capture it - in 7 to 11 seconds I get this message "Unknown Capture error". The capture stops and I have nothing captured.
Plus, I don't seem to be getting audio.
So, any help? Some seem to have been able to overcome these problems.

No problem. I have been down that road when being frustrated and trying to get answers. What are you trying to capture from, and how is it connected to your computer?
