When I try to add video, it only adds the first few MB of a large file irregardless of the quality I choose (i.e. fit to disc, LP EP, SP, etc.) Does anyone have any help for me??

Funny thing . . . it works on my computer with DVD LE . . . go figure??

Nothing you posted here, is easily deciphered. Start from the very beginning, with what program in the suite you are talking about.

And, what is DVD LE? The term LE usually connotes a stripped down version of whatever program it is.

OK . . . here it is again with more background . . .

I originally had the stripped down version MyDVD LE on my computer . . . I upgraded to easy media 9 . . .

When I try to add a 14.3 GB .avi file to create a dvd, it adds an icon with only the first few frames of the movie. the storage indicator at the bottom only shows that it adds a few MB to the total on the DVD . . . It should show that it had to reduce the quality in order to fit it on the DVD if the fit to disc option is chosen.

Now . . . the LE version is still on my machine for some reason . . . When I follow the same steps in the LE version, it allows me to add the exact same file and others (as long as I reduce the quality).

Why does it work in one version and not the other? Am I doing something wrong in Easy Media? Could it be that the 2 versions are conflicting? This is my issue . . .

You really need to remove the OEM version before installing the full suite

Check here for the instructions on a clean install
