MyDVD cannot open. error on MyDVD

MyDVD cant open?it always promt me that i have to reinstall videowave bcos thats the problem..pls help i need to make a slideshow for my wedding.i spend a £59.99 for nothing.support of roxio doesnt reply for ages..
