Hopefully someone can help me on this error! I've searched and have found no fix anywhere.
I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium on a Dell Inspiron E1705. So far, I've updated the video driver, every audio related software/driver from the Dell support site thats compatible for this notebook model.
Issue: I'm now ready to burn my .dmsd file to a DVD-R disc. The file opens in MyDVD with EMC 9. When I click on Burn or Project Validation, I get the following error:
"Your project contains the following problems: 'MPEG audio format may not be compatible with all NTSC players'"
It gives an option to Go to Error, when I click that button it closes out the file and application.
It also gives an option to Cancel or Burn Anyway. When "Burn Anyway" is clicked, it gives me an option to 'Burn to disc', 'Image file', or 'Folder set'. Regardless of which option is selected, the following happens:
the Burn Project window stalls. The Encoding preview window does not play the video file. All the burn process never moves, just sits at 0% (overall progress and current task: encoding movie).
If I go to Project Settings, and disable "Fit to Disc," and choose PAL format vs NTSC format....the movie burns with NO errors. When playing in a standalone DVD, the menu does not display and the audio file does not play. But the movie does play in Black and White...but the movie was created in color!
IS this strange of what!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP ANYONE! YOUR HELP WILL VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

MyDVD 9 does not burn in NTSC format on Vista 'MPEG audio format may not be compatible with all NTSC players'

The "mpeg audio format" is just a warning about the type of audio you chose for your project. It comes up for the reasons it states, it may not be compatible with all players. It has nothing directly to do with the fact your project isn't rendering. that's a separate issue. The 0% progress indicates the software is having problems encoding the video for your project. It's almost always solved by updating the drivers for your video card from the video manufacturer (don't use Windows updates) to the latest version. If you already have the current driver installed, uninstall it, reboot then re-install it.

Thanks for all the great feedback so far....
I'm a novice when dealing with drivers and such....What do I need to do to increase my "Graphics Memory in Use?"

Thanks Larry for your suggestion, but reinstalling my video card driver did not work. As stated below, I'm new to dealing with drivers specifically. So to confirm, I was to uninstall/reinstall the Mobile Intel 945GM Chipset Family driver right? If so, I performed that task to the latest one of Intel's site and it was not compatible with my system although it states it was for Vista Home Premium....I downloaded version 15.4 and it brought up the "BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH". Can you confirm for me that 15.4 is that correct version I was to update to?
If this is not the driver I was supposed to update, can you let me know which one based on my specifications listed.
Thanks!

The graphics memory problem - this is a sort of 'it all depends' answer
If it's a desktop, replace the Intel chipset with one from ATI or nVidia and download and install the latest drivers (the CD you get will be quite a bit out of date)
If it's a laptop you can't do that so what you may have to do is increase the main RAM to as high as it can go and then, go into the BIOS setup and allocate more memory to graphics from there.
In general onboard chipsets that use shared memory can't quite manage to work.
You could (if you can open the app long enough to get at it) try changing from hardware render to software render in tools
