I have burned a dvd with multiple chapters. A few of the pictures appear jiggly - or parts of the picture - although others are perfectly fine. I have not added motion to these photos. Please advise on what I can do. Thanks!

Some of that can not be avoided. Like a newscaster wearing a checked tie or some pattern with very small designs, they appear to 'jiggle' or move. Some people have suggested that adding a one pixel gaussian blur helps decrease this affect. If it's only happening on a few images, then that may be an option.

Thanks! I'm afraid I don't know how to add a gaussian blur. What program do I use to do that?

Most photo editors can do that. Not sure if PHotosuite does. I don't use that.

I checked there Gary and it doesn't

What the OP could try is GIMP (free open source program also available in windows)

Found it! Thanks! Is there a way to blur just part of the picture?
