What do you mean?  Use VideoWave, and if you want to add text to an image, click on the image, click on the Add Text icon in the Preview screen, and add your text.

I'm not sure about your question.  If I read it, it sounds like you want to add a text name to several images.  Is that what you want to do?   Sort of having a group of images with one title like "Pictures taken by John" and another group like "Pictures taken by Mary".  If this is not what you want, grandpabruce gave you the right advice.

Perhaps a video would help. Just don't apply the scrolling effect and select an image rather than a color panel.

Don't use one of the Slide Show Assistants.  If you must, use the one under the photo tab. There are three steps in the process. Don't use the two step one that you reach from MyDVD. In the Assistants, add text by selecting the image and then clicking on the icon that looks like "A+" Some people have had problems with the Assistants so that is why I recommend the three step process. The last step offers you the opportunity to do some final editing in VideoWave.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

My problem is this.  I took a series of pictures, and named the images after the content.  I loaded them into a slide show and would like to add the image file names to them without selecting one image at a time.  I do know that some of the other programs accommodate this ?  Sorry for the confusion

I don't think this can be done automatically with any version of EMC unless you do it manually as Bruce suggested. What other programs can do this?

ProShow Gold for one, but I don't like the panning and Zooming features.  Oh well, each program has it's pluses.  Thanks to all for their responses
