G'day, I have just purchased Creator 9 and I want to make a DVD of some movies I took with a JVC GZ-MC 500. I downloaded them to my Dell Inspiron 9400 laptop OS XP. I can watch them on Windows Media Player but when I try to use them with MYDVD it won't recognize them, do I have to change them from MOV files to something else and if so how

.mov files are Apple Quicktime - it's possible you don't have the necessary codecs for them.

I use this set myself and it does include the quicktime ones (get the full version - it's the same price laugh.gif )
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
