I've had EMC9 running on Vista as well as possible for several months and have used almost everything in it a little bit. Now all of a sudden it's decided that the product key is invalid, and it wants to re-register. This then fails with a message saying it couldn't register becuase the product key is invalid, and then pops up a partial Explorer window with a few cryptic symbols, and then fails with a scripting error:
file:///C:/Program%20Files/Common%20Files/Roxio%20Shared/DLLShared/SAR_HTML_9/no_connection_input.htm?referrer=ACTIVATION
I can find no way around this. I had applied the DELL DLA patch a could of weeks ago, but I'm sure Ive used it since then..
Anyone seen this or have any ideas
Registered products trys and fails to re-register w/ Scripting Error
