My subscriptions to PC-cillin Antivirus 11 came due. I upgraded on-line and downloaded the new product and now the CD/DVD drive will not work. I put a CD in to autoplay it and it won't come up. When I go to run the CD then the computer locks up and I have to shut down and restart. I did uninstall the Microtrends product and then tried my CD/DVD drive and it worked fine. I e-mailed Microtrends about the problem but was told that if I had Roxio Media Player installed that the players drivers may conflict with the scan engine drivers of my program & that's why it's not working. They said I was to get the updates patch for the drivers in Roxio and that should help!? I did check for any updates and it didn't download any. Is there a special driver update that will fix this or something else that will help me. I need to have antivirus protections but I really need to use my CD/DVD drive.
