I can print labels just fine, either on paper or directly on the disk (epson R220), but i cannot save my layout as a style or a project

What happens ?  Where are you trying to save it to?  What format?  What display settings are you using?   Sorry but I can save a label as either.  Please provide more information. It would be difficult to guess (trouble shoot.) without it.

Put your computer specs in your signature via My Control at the top of this page and then edit signature..
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
