Program not starting HELP

Roxio Creator 9 Home --> photo --> import photos

Comes back to home.

Went to c:\program files\roxio\easy media creator 9\mediacapture9.exe and it won't run either.

Nothing in the system event log either in system or application logs.

This is NOT a new install and has worked in the past.

any ideas?? sad.gif

Close the home menu, then right click on the home shortcut and select "run as administrator". It should launch the home menu. Then try again.
