I am trying to print a simple jewel case in Label Creator and when I try to print it simply prints out nothing. Literally the paper feeds into the printer than the printer feeds it out. Its not the printer... When I try to calibrate it it gives me an error message "An Unknown Error Occured While Accessing An Unnamed File." Is there a patch or update

Thanks,

This is URGENT!

Run a Windows.Start, Add remove programs, repair on the Roxio program.

Is the program seeing your printer? Are you running XP or Vista? Do you have the correct drivers for that printer? Have you updated the drivers recently.

You didn't give us much to go on - not even your printer manufacturer and model.
