I am unable to use the Capture Video option on Roxio. The screen won't open up and I can't transfer video from my video device I have the Roxio Creator Basic v9.
Has any one else encountered this problem? My Roxio came bundled with my HP computer.

And that video device would be? How do you have it connected to your computer?

Is this an HP Media Center PC? What model and what TV card does it have in it? HP uses several different TV cards. I have the Hauppauge and it works fine with Media Import. You may need to update drivers for the card. Give us the above information and perhaps we can find what you need.
