Whenever I close EMC9 I get the following error message. "The instruction at "0x08043437" referenced memory at "0x08293c48". The memory could not be "read".  Click on OK to terminate the program".  The error message title is: "Roxio_Central33.exe - Application Error".  I would appreciate any advice on how to eliminate this annoying problem.

HELP - I too get this error

I'm having lots of problems, too. I just installed ECM 9. It's a mess. I did get that same error and support told me to remove all traces of all previous versions of Roxio and re-install. There was more to it than that. I would make a ticket on that one.

I just tried to open Quick DVD and while I was waiting for the components to load, the computer crashed. It happened twice.  Good Luck.  I should have kept EMC 7.5
