Have acer 5920 w/2 GB RAM, 8600M GT graphics. Everytime I try to load a DVD video file to convert (to anything) the program crashes with the following error message:

program works fine when loading other video file formats (divx, mpg4, etc)

I hear that v9.1 might solve the problem but am unable to locate the updgrade.
