Roxie v9 was bundled with the HP. When I contact HP they say that they do not support and want to pass me on to a pay service.. I cannot get to a live chat on roxie and I have a few questions that I need answers to.

Go to this page, click on live chat and see what happens. If it doesn't work there's not much any of us can do.None of us work for Roxio (except for the occasional moderator),we're just users like yourself.

Do you wanna hear me beg you to take me back?

Live chat is here http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/emc9/contact.html.
However, HP is the provider for support for THEIR OEM version .
Here is one example http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?...9&hl=hp+oem

If it is an operational question, we may be able to help.
If it has anything to do with updates and $$, you might try to get an e-mail reply. Make sure that your spam filter doesn't block e-mail from Roxio. Remember you paid $0 for the program so any response you get is probably a good one.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

By the way, live chat works sort of like some phone systems. If it is saturated you cant get in (phones will give a busy signal, chat just disappears as an option).

Well I guess that is what is happening with me. I have quite a few Roxio products and for the Life of me, I don't know why.. Their support system is the worst and always has been!
Just plain disgusted.
