ok heres the deal, i wanted to burn a movie so i went to sonic digital media. When i tryed to launch the program it started to instal RecordNow Audio and said something like" cant find installation package AUDIO.msi please redirect to where the installation package can be found." but i cant find it anywhere. ive used sonic before to burn some movies i made, and i rebooted my computer at some point but i dont know if i rebooted the computer before or after i used sonic. so i dont know if i accedently deleted the special installation thing or not. Can i just run the program without having the recordnow audio? do you think if i get that audio.msi thing i will need a copy.msi and data.msi to? because there is also a recordnow copy and a recordnow data right? oh and i dont have an anstalation cd, i got the program sonic digial media with the pc when i bought it.

                                              Please help, sad.gif thanks,

The .msi are installer files. Since the software came with the pc, check with where you got it from, or the maker of the pc (like HP, Compaq, Dell etc) to see if the installers are on a special recovery part of the system or if they can get you a copy of the install package.

I have the same problem here.  This was bandled with Dell computer when I purchased, and whenever I tried to use MY DVD or RecordNow Copy, the warning messages says AUDIO.MSI is missing.

I inserted the roxio installation CD that came with the computer, but message appears that "The file D:\SC_AUDIO_204\AUDIO.msi' is not a valid installation package for the product Sonic Audio module.  Try to find the installation package 'AUDIO.msi' in a folder from which you can install Sonic Audio module."  There is no other AUDIO.msi kind of file in the installation CD. What is the problem?
