When I try to save a project, I get a message that states video.png can not be found.  Plus, although a .jwl file is present in My Documents, I can not open it.  Instead I get a message that state the I am trying to access an unnamed file past its end.

Any help would be appreciated.

Video png looks like this:

It is one of the smart objects. You should be able to find it in this folder

C:\Program Files\Roxio\Label Creator 9\Themes\Media Type Icons

If you installed the program on your c drive; replace that c with where you have the program.  You could also search for it making sure that Windows is looking everywhere.

Do you have that folder? If you do and the png file is not there, you may have to do a repair install on the program. Did you load the "second" disc -- "Contents" ? I'm not sure if that folder is part of the program or just part of the contents disc. You may want to first try to a repair on the contents parts of the program in Windows Add or Remove Programs.

Did you try to open the file by right clicking it in the folder and select Label Creator or if it is not one of the choices, select "open with" and then browse for Label Creator? What happens?

I have the same problem with an already made label. All done, nice and pretty and saved. When I start up Label Creator, I get one of two messages: 1) An attempt was made to access an unnamed file past its end; or 2) An unknown error occurred while accessing an unnamed file.

But I *just* made the label...! Can you help?
