When I burn DVD, I am getting the following error message:

Unknown Error 16052

Can someone help me how do I fix this issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some more information woulld be appreciated such as what are you trying to burn: a data DVD, music, video,.. What suite component are you using? Do you have the retail version or an OEM version? What are your computer specs?

I'm getting the same error, when I try to add files to my new project.
I'm adding these files from the miniDVD (TDK).

If i try to make a safe copy from the DVD, I get the following error: imposible to copy (ciclic redundance checking)...

However, the miniDVD can be seen in the DVD player!

A cyclic redundancy failure is down to the disc being unreadable in some segment - whether this is down to a faulty disc or dirty lens is impossible to say from this end

Can you copy the contents of the disc to a folder on the hard drive?
