Where is this patch.... I have had roxio 9 for months now, and have had problems the entire time. First there was a post saying the patch was due in april... it is now about half way through June. I am extremely disappointed, because it seems that making a working program has never been a concern for programmers. I do not care who's fault it is (roxio's or microsoft) The fact that you know there is a problem and instead of working for a patch you release the version in retail only.

I have been watching and waiting for months now without complaining.. However, having a need to use the program this weekend with the only result of being forced to hard boot my computer several times has pushed me over the edge..

I posted that over a month ago. I am still unable to use the program I have paid for. I use to play Tribes Vengence. The programing team that made that game kept telling the users that a patch would be out. Just wait.. "Soon"  We kept waiting. Then once they must have felt that people waited longer than the return policy, they put out that they were pulling the plug on the game. The patch was never released.

I cannot use a program that I have paid for. It is that simple.

It would be nice if they finally released the 9.1 patch, but who knows when it is going to happen?

PKing,
What program in the suite are you trying to use?  Can you post the details of the problem you encountered?

I have been getting error all over. If i try to convert video like divx to dvd or any other convert it randomly crashs my computer..Like I said I cannot use the product, creating home movies will freeze my system.

I have reinstalled and anything else you can think of. Waiting this long for a patch is just down right unacceptable

AMD X2 4200+
2 gig ram
Geforce 7800 GTX
Vista Ult 64 bit

This is not a hardware problem, its a software problem.

Have you downloaded and installed the latest nVidia drivers from here?

I did notice that that particular graphics set says it's for laptops - what amount of graphics RAM is allocated to the chipset? This could be part of the problem. Also, did you try using software rendering instead of hardware?
