I am trying to copy some data I have on a DVD to another blank DVD or CD. I click on Data/Copy Disk, and have tried Copy/Copy Disk and both do not work? What is the difference between the two?

I insert the DVD to copy, and then insert the blank into a writeable DVD player and it keeps popping back out asking for a blank CD/DVD. Have tried several blank CD's and DVD's and none are working. What could be wrong?

There are two threads pinned at the top of the EMC 8 General forum. I assume you read/tried those?

Does Windows recognize the burner? Right click on My Computer and navigate to Device manager and then to you DVD drive. Is there a yellow warning sign next to it? If so, you could delete it from your computer and reboot. Windows should reinstall it when it starts. (Assuming XP and not Vista).

Oh, by the way, use Disc Copier under the Home Application page- left side.
