while installing roxio 9, i keep receiving an error message error1311 source file not found D:/data/cab verify file exist. how do i verify. i had an earlier version 7, i uninstalled that hoping it would fix the problem. i also uninstalled sonic 7.3v and that didn't fix it either. help! i had no problem installing the software on my other computer, but i really need it on the laptop i use.
