First off, to get your information to everyone when ever you post  or reply, up on the top of the form list, click on "MY Profile" and there will be some options on the  next screen where you can add some text regarding your specific hardware and software, among other things.

As far as what information you should enter, take a look at what some of the other gurus have added as far as there computers and I think you will get the idea of what you should enter. I think mine has pretty much what is need by anyone to determine how you can be helped by knowing what you are running.

That may be one of your problems right there. ohmy.gif   If you have both on your computer, there may be so many redundant programs that they may be screwing up each other .  EMC 9 has everything that is in MyDVD 9 and more.  I'll assume that you have two computers with each program on a different machine.

If you are not sure about what computer(s) you have, use Belarc Advisor to help identify what you have.  Use Windows>Start>run> (type in) dxdiag> OK  and then open the display tab to see your video set up, driver number.(usually the last four digits) and date.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
