I've had Creator 9 Deluxe Suite installed on my XP based computer for months and have never had a problem. All of the sudden everytime I try to start the program i get the error message, "Certificate File Missing or Corupt." It tells me to re-install the program. I've done that 3 times and still get the error message.
I have also tried using the repair option which re-installs the program and get a message that it was installed successfully however when starting it I get the error message.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
