Running VideoWave (EMC 9) under XP PRO SP2. Problem: During a production when I attempt to add a simple transition before or after a panel I get the generic Windows Error Message that the program will now close do you want to send an error report (which we all know is worthless) and VideoWave promptly shuts down. I verified that VideoWave is running under "Hardware", and I have an above average video card along with 2GB of system memory. In addition, which may be related, when opening the Add Transition Box, if I click on the play arrow for the example, I get absolutely nothing but a blank.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since I am in the middle of a production that I must complete ASAP (of course)
