Can anyone tell me if Copy & Convert 3 will install chapters -- menus -- etc. when I burn my home movies to DVD . What Control will I have over the movie with my DVD player when I am watching it on TV.

Hi Red,
With Copy and Convert you can "Compile DVDs and Movies" from film clips, but the menu system for this is very primitive.
You can have no menu but just play all the clips one after the other, or you can have a main menu to list your film clips, but that's it. The software is essentially just a format converter and copier.
If you want to insert chapter marks or do anything else you will need video authoring or editing software.
