Hey, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I hope somebody can help me. I'm using Mac OS X and I'm having trouble opening the .zip file to that I've downloaded. I keep getting some error message popping up onto my screen that says the following: Unable to unarchive "Roxio_Crunch_1_0_ESD.zip into "Desktop". (Error 1 - Operation not permitted)

Can someone please help me with this? I'm not really sure what to do.

Sounds to me like the download file was corrupted and you need to download it again.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
