Windows XP SP2
I have used My DVDDeLuxe V5 without problems until a couple of days ago. My Dell computer crashed, I then restored it to original factory state as directed by Dell, reinstalled My DVD Deluxe from Dell's disc, but now cannot use the program since I get the error message "End of file Sonic Error 16072" whenever I try to create a new video file or edit an existing one. Do I need another program download to correct this problem? What must I do to get this program working again?
