I am now having problems with my Roxio. When I capture video from my camcorder it is choppy. I tried capturing it with another program on my computer it was not choppy but when I place the video footage into roxio edit video it becomes choppy.
What can I do to fix this problem?
Thanks

We need a little more information, like what are you capturing from, how is it connected to your computer, and what format the capture is.

Also, what programs in Roxio are you using, and what are your system specs. List them, similar to how I have mine in my signature.

The computer specs I will need to look into that info
I am capturing from a panasonic 3ccd minidv digital camera. I connect it with a fire wire.
After I have the captured video I use roxio edit video and then dvd in roxio 9

Also the thing is that I can playback the capture when I use another program to capture other than roxio and it plays fine in windows media player but as soon as I have added the footage to Roxio it will play choppy also in the original capture on media player as soon as I delete the footage from roxio edit video it will play fine again in media player.
I have tried the fix errors using the disk under the remove/change programs. I have defragged the computer.
I appreciate any help as this has become very frustating as I can no longer put my footage onto dvd using roxio as I have been able to do in the past. I have used roxio for several years updated to roxio 9 and have been using it but have been having several problems with this software.
