I upgraded my Roxio at home, including Label Maker.  I make labels on home PC then print at work.  My Roxio and Label Maker at work are original version and cannot update (admin issue).

How can I match compatibility from updated version to older version?

Ask the folks at work to update their version, and tell them why you are asking.  If printing the labels isn't work related, then print the labels at home.
