HP M7790Y Vista Home Premium Roxio Creator V9

Using Roxio "Convert CD to MP3 files"

I have the same problem Roxio hangs, if I open the cd tray Roxio will run, if I close the CD tray it hangs.

There is a conflict between the CD/DVD drive and Roxio.

Iam still working on the problem

You have a different problem. It is better if you start your own thread so your doesn't get lost.
What application are you using? I do not remember one with that name or even anything close. Do you mean "Convert CD"? under the audio tab?

If so, instead of that application, use "Roxio Media Import" on the Home Applications Page right side under utilities.
