Rxs Audio Files

Folks , Im having difficulty translating two audio files from rxs to MP3. Can I get one of you guys to translate two very tiny small audio files to mp3. This would be awesome!

It may also be dangerous for anyone to download and open those files.  Why can't you do it?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Aren't these files made from Audio Central?  I'm not familiar with them.

RXS was Roxio Markup Sound or something to that effect and used in ECDC 6......
