I have a new Dell computer with Vista. When I open the DVD copy module and insert the DVD to copy, I get this error:

An error has occured in the script on this page. Line 924, Char:2, Error: Object doesn't support this property or method Code: 0 then a lenghty URL

D o you want to continue running scripts on this page? Yes or No

Help on this is appreciated. Thanks.

What is it you're trying to copy?

All movie DVDs and a lot of games ones are all copy protected and the suite cannot copy them
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

These are family videos transferred to DVD. Nothing copywrited.

Does this happen with all DVDs that you have tried?  or only this one?
Is internet explorer running when you get that error?
I don't know what is included in the DE version -- are you using disc copier, or the home menu to copy the DVD?
You can try a repair install of IE 7 or your EMC 9 DE...

I got XXXXXXX. Copied and burned DVD. No problems. Why can't Roxio do this?

No Roxio program will copy copy protected DVDs - it's illegal
