wacko.gif I have EMC 7, I went to the up date program page, Down loaded the up date patch, ( used proper version, Purchased CD ) I save to my desk top, After download was complete, I went to install it. It started to install, But soon after a message came up similar to this, Up date cannot be performed due to either the EMC 7 is not installed on this computer or this is not the correct up date. I have the program installed, I even tried to uninstall it then up date agian ,but same message came up. Any one have any Ideas as to what is going on.
Thanks Nick B  wacko.gif

Hi
Thanks for responding, I assume that this is the version number EMC UPG V7.1, This was located on the sticker that has the CD Key number and TSID number.
Thanks Again

If it is a 7.1 version, then there is no update.  You already have the latest version.

To find out what version you have, open Creator Classic, click on Help, click on About.  It should read 7.1.1.189, or a higher version.

When did you purchase it, and from where?
