I am trying to copy via DVD burner a 23 minute Video Wave file with about 140 slides on it and it stops half way through saying windows is giving me more virtual memory but the copying gives up on me

List your system specs.
First thing is to reboot and then shutdown everything you don't need and try that. You can change the virtual memory settings but let's not go there yet.

I have 29 GB of free space and am using Roxio Creator 8

The file is less than 2 MB and i have no other programmes running, i did update the patches before this and restart the PC

Yippeeeee!!!! Cracked it, found out how to increase virtual memory and uninstalled Creator 8 then reinstalled it and works to perfection. Thanks to those who tried to help me.
