I got a never registered EC7 from ebay and when I go to register the product after loading it on the computer, I get a scripting error at the point that it is to register automatically.

Is there any way for a Roxio person to register the product manually so that I will be able to update it. I just need to update it, but of course cannot until I get it registered.

Thanks,

twash

Go to here and login (can be gotten to from the top of the Main Support page by clicking on My Account link). Then use the link on that "My Account" page to Register a New Product.

Well, don't know how I missed that when I was there before. Thanks for responding.

Glad to hear that helped you. I think that's what they call "hiding it in plain site" so nobody can find it biggrin.gif
