Hi to all....

I hope this can work for others. I read through all the posts on this forum and tried a few things (in all honesty i refused to do the clean install because im lazy) (please dont hold that against me) but what i tried didnt work.

I did follow the instructions on Johns post to activate offline and after copying my orange key onto the "activateme" link I go the error ERR_ACTIVATION_INVALID_PK.

I logged into the Customer Care page (http://selfserve.roxio.com/) and created a web ticket explaining my problem to them. They responded straight away asking for my orange product key so they could respond and give me the activation. They were pretty quit to answer me initially but i then waited a day and decided the lack of response wasnt good enough...

I started a new web ticket tonight and I referred them back to my other ticket number that i had already posted my key into and asked if someone could do something asap. Within a few minutes i had response with an Activation Key included.

I entered this and my program is working great! No clean install needed!! I dont know if i just got lucky getting a response that quick but it worked for me.
