I posted this on the vista discussion board but I think this might be a better place for answers. My OS is Vista Home Preimum. I had preinstalled the Easy Creator De verison. i went to upgrade and purchased from Roxio online the EMC version 9.1. I triied to install but got an error code 0652 and it rolled back the installation. Next I disabled my vrus,firewall programs and tried to install as Admin with no luck. It asked me to unstall before the new version would install and I did so. It went as far as registering my software but still no luck I still have the DE version and not the 9.1 so what do I do now?
