hello

i purhcased easy media 9 and the programme will not accept my cd key ?? This is the first time I am installing the programme
I did send a ticket to tech support who recommended to check my date and time on computer which are both ok. I since have submitted another ticket but have not had a reply. I keyed in the cd key exactly how it was shown so am unable to progress any further. The company who I purcased from have said i need to contact Roxio support as they are unable to help???

Can anyone advise what to do and who to contact as the customer service line always go to voicemail  sad.gif

many thanks

Call the people you bought it from and ask for a refund or help. If they don't get you any help or issue a refund, contact your credit card company and have them charge back the cost of the software, reason the CD key won't work. Don't wait, do it soon!
