i purhcased easy media 9 and the programme will not accept my cd key ?? This is the first time I am installing the programme I did send a ticket to tech support who recommended to check my date and time on computer which are both ok. I since have submitted another ticket but have not had a reply. I keyed in the cd key exactly how it was shown so am unable to progress any further. The company who I purcased from have said i need to contact Roxio support as they are unable to help???

Call the people you bought it from and ask for a refund or help. If they don't get you any help or issue a refund, contact your credit card company and have them charge back the cost of the software, reason the CD key won't work. Don't wait, do it soon!
